- 6 Carrots, cleaned, tops removed and sliced like fries
- 1 part dried Sage
- 1/2 part Sea Salt
- Olive Oil for coating
Mix 1 part dried sage with 1/2 part sea salt. Coat yam and carrot in olive oil and toss well to be sure they are evenly coated. Add sage-salt mix and mix through. Bake on 425 degrees until both yam and carrots are soft (about 30 minutes), tossing once during baking to brown on both sides.
