Beef Jerky


Ingredients:

  • - 2 lbs. Flank Steak (or other lean cut of beef)
  • - 1 TBSP Smoked Paprika
  • - 1 TBSP Cinnamon
  • - 1/2 TBSP ground Cumin
  • - 1/2 TBSP Sea Salt
  • - 1 TBSP Honey
  • - 2 TBSP Coconut Aminos
  • - 3 cloves Garlic, diced

  • Method:

      Freeze the flank steak. Once hardened, slice into strips on a mandolin, going against the grain. Add spices and mix together well. Marinate up to 48 hours. Dehydrate 3 - 6 hours according to your dehydrators recommendations. Shelf stable for a few days without refrigeration, otherwise keep refrigerated.
