Beet and Zucchini Paleo Chips


Ingredients:

  • - Several Beets, peeled and sliced paper thin on a mandolin
  • - 1 or 2 Zucchini (unpeeled), slicer paper thin on a mandolin
  • - Salt, to taste (if preferred)

  • Method:

      Layer the beets and zucchini on separate dehydrator trays (do not overlap, give a little space for each chip to get some air to dehydrate). Sprinkle with salt, if preferred. Set the dehydrator to 125 degrees and allow to dehydrate for 3-4 hours. Check the chips after 3-4 hours (zucchini will probably be done, beets will probably take another 2 hours for a total of 5-6 hours).
