Bison Sausage Patties


  • - 1 lb. Bison
  • - 1 heaping TBSP Maple Syrup
  • - 1/2 heaping TSP Smoked Salt or Sea Salt
  • - 1/2 TSP Pepper
  • - 1 TSP Cumin Seed

  • Method:

      Mix everything well. Form into thin patties and freeze individually between pieces of wax paper.

      When ready to cook, heat pan over medium heat on stove top. Add oil of choice to coat pan. Fry sausages for a couple minutes each side, until browned.
