Coconut Vinaigrette

Coconut Vinaigrette


Ingredients:

  • - 2 TBSP Coconut oil, melted
  • - 2 TBSP Coconut water vinegar
  • - 1 TSP Honey
  • - 1 TSP Dijon
  • - ½ Shallot
  • - 1 clove Garlic
  • - White Pepper to taste
  • - Optional: 1 TSP fresh Ginger

  • Method:

      In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients and blend well. If using a mixing bowl and hand mixer, finely chop the shallot, garlic and ginger before mixing.
