Deviled Eggs


Ingredients:

  • - 6 hard boiled eggs
  • - 1 TBSP Grain Mustard
  • - 1 TSP Yellow Mustard
  • - 1-2 TBSP Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • - Salt to taste
  • - Smoked Paprika to garnish

  • Method:

      Peel and cut hard boiled eggs in half. Scoop out yolks and reserve in a bowl. Mix together the eggs yolks with the mustard, coconut milk and salt. Scoop full teaspoons back into the egg halves and sprinkle smoked paprika on top. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
