Fried Plantains

Fried Plantains


Ingredients:

  • - 1 plantain sliced into 4 pieces
  • - 1 TSP Honey
  • - Saigon Cinnamon to taste
  • - 1-2 TBSP Coconut Oil

  • Method:

      Melt coconut oil in pan over medium heat. Fry plantain slices in coconut oil until almost softened. Add honey and cinnamon to pan and finish cooking plantains, turning several times to get honey and cinnamon on all sides of plantains.
