Dijon Green Beans

Dijon Green Bean


Ingredients:

  • - 1 lb. Green Beans
  • - 1 Shallot, sliced
  • - 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • - 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
  • - Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Method:

      Saute green beans, garlic and shallots over medium heat in coconut oil or butter (about 10 minutes). Once cooked, stir in Dijon mustard, salt and pepper and toss beans to coat evenly.
