- 1 clove Garlic, smashed and minced as fine as you can get it
- 1 Shallot, minced as fine as you can get it
- 2 TBSP of Cilantro leaves, minced
- Sea Salt to taste
- 1/2 Lime, juiced
- Optional: 1 Roma or Plum Tomato with the runny middle removed, then chunked into small pieces
- Optional: Grated Nutmeg
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop the meat out. Add garlic, shallot, cilantro, salt, lime juice and optional tomato. I mix using 1 or 2 forks to smash up the avocado and mix ingredients thoroughly.
