Maple Dijon Chicken

Maple Dijon Chicken


Ingredients:

  • - 1 lb. Chicken Breast or other cut of chicken
  • - 2 parts Dijon Mustard (usually 2 TBSP)
  • - 1 part Maple Syrup (usually 1 TBSP)
  • - 1 clove Garlic, diced
  • - 1 part Olive Oil (usually 1 TBSP)

  • Method:

      Mix mustard, maple syrup, garlic and olive oil together. Add chicken and allow to marinate a few hours. Cook chicken in any manner you prefer.
