No Bean Chili


Ingredients:

  • - 2 lbs. Ground Meat
  • - 24 oz. jar diced Tomatoes
  • - 32 oz. Broth
  • - 1 Onion, diced
  • - 1 Jalapeno, diced
  • - 2 TBSP Chili Powder
  • - 1 TSP ground Cumin
  • - 1 TSP SMoked Paprika
  • - 1/2 TSP Cinnamon
  • - 1/2 TSP Tumeric
  • - Salt, to taste
  • - Optional: Cayenne Pepper, to taste

  • Method:

      Brown the meat on medium-high heat. Work in batches if necessary.

      Combine browned meat and all other ingredients in a crock-pot and stir well. Cook on low for hours, or until meat is cooked through.
