Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Cream together butter and 4 TBSP of honey. Beat eggs until thick and add to butter/honey mixture. Add 1/2 cup orange juice and mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix together almond flour, salt and baking soda. Add to the wet ingredients, beating in a little bit at a time. Drop by spponfuls on a greased baking sheet or parchment paper and cook for 10 - 12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
While the cookies cool, mix together coconut butter, remaining 1/2 cup of orange juice, remaining 2 TSP honey and orange zest. Spread onto cookies once they have cooled. These should freeze nicely in wax paper.
