Red Potatoes with a Sage Brown Butter Sauce


Ingredients:

  • - 6-8 medium to large, quartered Red Potatoes
  • - 4 TBSP Butter
  • - 2 cloves of Garlic, diced
  • - 1/2 TSP fresh Sage, chopped
  • - Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Method:

      Place the quartered potatoes in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, melt butter over medium-low heat in a stove-top pan. When butter is melted and starting to bubble, add garlic and stir for one minute. Add the chopped sage and stir for one more minute. Pour the sage-brown butter sauce over the potatoes, mix well, cover and bake for 45 minutes or until fully cooked.
