Sauteed Broccoli


Ingredients:

  • - 1 head Broccoli, chopped
  • - 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • - Coconut oil for sauteing
  • - Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Method:

      Set Dutch Oven heat to medium. Toss the broccoli in with the melted and heated coconut oil. Add garlic, salt and pepper to the top. Cover. Every once in a while, toss the broccoli to make sure nothing burns and everything cooks evenly. Cook only long enough to be slightly cooked, but still crisp and bright green, about 10 minutes.
