Steak Kabobs


Ingredients:

  • - 1 lb. Filet kabob meat
  • - 3 slices Jalapeno, diced
  • - 2 TBSP Coconut Aminos
  • - 2 TBSP Pineapple Juice
  • - 1/2 TSP Salt or to taste
  • - One 1/4 inch thick round of Ginger, peeled and diced
  • - 2 cloves Garlic, diced
  • - 1 TBSP Olive Oil
  • - 2 slices fresh Pineapple cut into fourths, or 8 large pieces of pineapple

  • Method:

      Mix all of the ingredients, except the pineapple, and marinate for several hours, up to overnight.

      Soak skewers for at least 1 hour prior to cooking. Once soaked, thread with steak and pineapple. Brush with remaining marinade.

      Grill on low, turning once. Total cook time will be about 8 - 10 minutes depending on how done you like the steak.
