- Solids from 1/2 can of chilled full-fat Coconut Milk
- 1 TSP vanilla
- Chopped Mint
Scoop the solids from a chilled can of coconut milk into a bowl, add vanilla and beat for 10 - 15 seconds with a mixer. Place the sliced strawberries in a bowl, top with whipped coconut and add chopped mint as a tasty garnish.
