Sun Dried Cherry Tomatoes


Ingredients:

  • - 2 pints Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • - Olive Oil (enough to cover tomatoes)
  • - Fresh Citrus Basil, sliced
  • - Sea Salt to taste

  • Method:

      Dehydrate halved cherry tomatoes on 135 degrees for at least 7 hours. Once they are dehydrated, store in a mason jar and add oil, herbs and spices to your taste. Mix well.
