Marinated Skirt Steak


Ingredients:

  • - 1 lb Skirt Steak
  • - Juice of 1 Blood Orange
  • - 2 TSP Olive Oil
  • - 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • - 1/4 Shallot, minced
  • - 1/8 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • - Optional: 1 capful Tequila

  • Method:

      Blend together all of the ingredients and pour over the skirt steak. Allow to marinate for several hours before cooking.

      When ready to cook, remove skirt steak from marinade and allow most of the juice to drip off. Grill or bake to desired temperature, brushing with marinade as desired during the cooking process.
