Two Yam Hash Browns


Ingredients:

  • - 1 large Garnet Yam, grated
  • - 1 large Asian Yam, grated
  • - 1 Onion, grated
  • - ½ TBSP Smoked Paprika
  • - ½ TBSP Dried Mustard
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - A HEALTHY amount of butter or bacon fat for frying

  • Method:

      Melt butter or bacon fat in a pan on medium to medium-high. Throw everything in a large pan on the stove top and cook 5-10 minutes, flipping hash browns constantly so that they brown on all sides.
